1. Great location - conveniently between Mammoth and Yosemite and a lot of amazing hikes/points of interest 2. Clean - the cabin was very clean! 3. Functional - the cabin is small but very well appointed. Every space was functional and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. (tip: bring your own cooking spices) 4. Friendly - the family that owns these cabins were really friendly and helpful. Felt instantly at ease. 5. Private & quiet - loved how quiet it was and it was a bonus our cabin was next to the creek/forest so it was very private! Overall it was an amazing stay. Love supporting small family businesses and it shows that they care about these cabins and making your stay comfortable!

We had another great stay at Reverse Creek Lodge. David and his family are wonderful hosts. Last year we stayed at the cabins, and this year decided to rent a chalet. It was just my husband and myself, but the chalet could have easily slept 6. The chalet was so clean and well-stocked. We had a wonderful week and look forward to another stay in the future. Darn, I forgot to take photos or would have included them in the review.

We stayed 3 days in the last week of October. Fall color was beautiful around the area. The cabin was nice, clean, and well prepared in the kitchen and bathroom. The heater works well for cold nights. This lodge is going to be my favorite stay on my next trip.

I have been coming here for the past 15 years and will continue to for as long as I'm able to. Dave and his family are awesome and extremely friendly. This place has it all and centrally located in the June lake loop. Easy access to everything. Wouldn't stay anywhere else unless I'm camping. You will not regret your stay here. Cabins are all very well stocked. Wifi, cable if you decide to stay in. Can't thank David enough for years of excellent service. I'm a patron for life

Absolutely lovely stay at this lodge. It has a really comfy vibe. The owners are a big family of 13, and they are incredibly nice. As an aside, I love the way they speak and their word choice, it reminds me of the 1800s era. The rooms are very reasonably priced and are extremely well furnished and decorated. The kitchen has literally everything you need (eating/cooking utensils, pans, dish soap, plates, cups, paper towels, etc). Each cabin has a gas fireplace that automatically turns on and off. The bed is comfy and the water gets hot quickly. The cabin is also quiet and well insulated. Keep in mind that it's not a housekeeping cabin, so when you check out remember to put the used towels in the bin under the sink, fold the bed so it's roughly neat, and vacuum the ground. I really recommend renting this lodge for anyone who wants to stay in the June Lake area.

Pleasantly surprised how clean the place is and not overpriced like most of the accommodations in the area. For the price we pay, we have a kitchen and a full sized living room and 2 bedrooms, a deck with tables and chairs and a grill of which you will be paying 2-3x at Airbnb. We have trash bins in every room which is hard to believe to find at other places. And towels, wow, I felt like I was in a luxury hotel and we have more than the number of guest in our party. Even chain hotels have old or rough towels but not here. I’ve also met the owner at check-in who is friendly and very pleasant and very welcoming and would tell you what places to checkout. Would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Brought my son up to the “Loop” because this is where my father taught me to how to fish many years ago. So I’m passing on the “tradition”. So far, we’ve stayed at a few places around town, this was by far the best location. Right in the middle of the “action”. 5-7 minutes in either direction you’re pulling up at Silver, Gull or June. Cool little cabins in a sprawling campground, surrounded by tall trees and mountaintop views. Yes, I was even here back in the 80s as a kid on family vacations. Old memories are good. New memories are better. This is a cool little spot. Check it out!

It just down the road from the resort. The cabins are cute. The owner is super nice. Just make sure you bring a hair dryer. Each spot has its own kitchen. Which comes with all the plates and such you need. Bathroom wise you'll need to bring everything. Only comes with bar soap and towels.
